OH SHIT. If I had to guess I'll say it will sound like a more ambient-ish and experimental version of Liumin and obviously without the Tokyo-themed field recordings.
By the way I think it's pretty weird that this is coming out of nowhere considering there's also an Cv313 album scheduled to come out around the same time as this (http://boomkat.com/cds/468803-cv313-dimensional-space)

Yep. I don't know what's up with 2012, but for some reason everybody is going crazy with releasing music.
The last 9 months have been absolutely incredible for music. I really think this scene as a whole is on the up swing.

Total hypothesis, but if this one was rejected by Modern Love, one of the most cutting edge labels around, I have some fears. I really can't see why would they self-initiatively release it on their own label. Excited to hear what it sounds like nevertheless, but unlike Liumin, it won't be an automatic buy.

I agree. I was also skeptical of the Altering Illusions release, which I'm pretty sure was just comprised of stuff they had made previously but that they didnt think was good enough to release.

I'd be seriously impressed if Modern Love had the A&R balls to reject an Echospace album for not being interesting enough. The thing is, even if they couldn't do it on Modern Love they'd have no shortage of suitors in terms of techno labels looking to release an Echospace album, so there's no reason why they'd be forced to put it out themselves.
