this guy produced the best, trippiest, and most pure "EDM" out there. murky, twisted, pulsating, spiritual... fucking awesome.
if all subsequent music was retrospectively compared to his productions, 99% of them would be put to shame.
has there been a producer that has since come close?
there are many examples, but for now...

Slacker was obviously brilliant, and Scared in particular is one of the most important progressive house records ever made, but I would never call his music "trippy". It was just fantastic big-room club music.
