I wrote a lenghty review of this, but the mods closed my topic, because "there were enough topics about it". 
Anyway, to summarize: It's a good album, not equal to his first, but forever today is an excellent track. UR doesn't fit in, Misery sounds poppish, and Tear has a weird, "living" synth. (*a good thing) OH, and Clouds would be much better without vocals.
