How come...?

in America they have all-age events, but in the UK they don't?

I'm 16, 17 later this year, have been listening to trance for a good few years and am sooo itching to see someone live for the first time soon!

it only happens in huge party here like Ultra...but clubs most of them are 21+ over...meaing Miami FL
