Hi!

As ripper you should try cdcopy or a modified version of the virtual device driver "cdfs.vxd". The second tool is really cool, you can browse your audio cd as if it's a data cd.

As encoder I always use the original encoder from Fraunhofer, it's not the fastest one, but it's okay. If you need a faster encoder you should try the XING MP3 Encoder.
