ok listenin to aly fila lost language track (and of course many many others) thought why the fuck all the good tracks get released after months of delay?
is this another way for labels to get rich?
i think that its not good for producers because after soooo many time u have to wait for a track it ' dies'.. + listenin to rips u got bored of it..

So certain DJs can get "exclusive" tracks and market them to the crowds and other DJs by playing them out a lot. Also, contract and licensing issues can sometimes delay releases.

Yes, basically. Most EDM labels are hardly "rich," though.

then at lost language situation we have to blame armin and his armada label for such a delay

Even though it disturbs me too not to be able to get hold of tracks.. I think it is better for the community in general.
Tracklists and instant digital releases etc are doing more damage than good things imo

Exactly. People are being pampered. Used to be a fucking quest just to find track names.

Most of the tracks you hear from the big timers are promos which

1) are played out in advance of release to see if it will be a success.
2) are copies handed out to those pirvledged enough before the genral public has access to them (thus becoming stale like you said).
