Unhappy Emc....

Hey i'm a new user to the Direct Connection program for emc..i was wondering how to get it working..i signed up, and i kno it doesn't process for the next 2 days..but it hasn't work. Can someone give me FULL details...maybe i'm missing sumthin..THX in advance!
