Mindsoundscapes - Evangelion (inclusive Tillmann Uhrmacher Remix)

Some days ago I got this beauty on vinyl, three different mixes.

Mindsoundscapes-Evangelion, published on Maximal Recordings Germany by label chief Tillmann Uhrmacher.

My feedback:

A1 is the Uhrmacher remix, vocals are not my cup of tea, but solid production.

A2 is Fischer&Miethig remix, heard on lots of trance sets, a real beauty.

B1 Stoneprophet remix is more agressive, solid production, and more surprising, but I prefer the Fischer&Miethig remix.

Anyone else got this?

Well I know these guys from their tune You Can't Stop Evolution aired on Ponticelli's show last year. It was a great uplifting tune with a little different approach, it is still not released. This year, I heard another track called The God Inside You, they have a massive Minsoundscapes Remix, which uses pads very strong. Very good uplifing track indeed, can't find any word to describe the beauty on breakdown. Last week their remix of Valve - Faraway Thought was released. Not as strong as their The God Inside You Remix, but again their work on breakdowns and pads is awesome. Evangelion is another uplifting wonder with great breakdown on their Fischer & Miethig Mix,,, by the way,,

Mindsoundscapes = Fischer & Miethig = Stoneprophet = Simon Fischer & Peter Miethig

thanks for loving our tune Evangelion!

@lightia

There will be a new 2008 version of "You can't stop evolution"
and "The God Inside You" will probably be released on vinyl in 2008.

I wonder what equipment do you use for producing? How those pad are created? I hope I get an answer

I receive at least 5 mails a week how to create those pads.
Everyone wants to know how they are done.

I can tell you that the basic sound comes from a Virus synth, edited very heavily with EQs, sometimes layered with sounds from other synths. It's not one simple patch, but a rather complex thing until these pads get those particular "Mindsoundscapes sound" . Usually I spend at least
30 minutes only to get this sound right.
