you have to assume that every picture is copywrighted unless it is clearly stated that its royalty free. You then have to find the copywright holder and ask for permission then give back credit ($ or his name on it etc.)

ok lets say this design was found on a webpage.. a very crappy design but useable...its also a drawing of an old sculpture located hrmm i dunno but on a building proly somewhere in europe
