Lies are the worst thing you can do. The little white lies may seem harmless but can be mammoth in destruction. Always tell the truth - it might hurt, but it's honest and if someone cannot respect that, that's their deal. why people lie cause its easier than telling the truth , to get what you want or for the pure fun of it , It has become something acceptable in our society to find an honest person is rare. In a perfect world lies wouldnt be told.

Rather than put so much of your energy on getting upset, perhaps communicating in private--->that you've discovered the lie is the best way to deal with it.

Now this may not always be the best solution....especially if the liar is a habitual one with manipulative traits, but I've always thought that by communicating (and having someone nearby to visually witness this without taking an active role) one can always resolve any resentful feelings.

So What's my point to all of this.....
My point is that we should not Allow a liar to upset us because if that happens it means you've allowed them to drain your personal energy away. They have made you change your focus away from being happy and reaching for your goal....and now all you can think about is resentment and maybe even revenge.
Not a good thing to be feeling. Definately need to get away from people that drain your energy away from you.
