at one point in the night i will be dj'ing my own weddin'.

I wouldn't, unless it was very small and for a very close friend.

I have a friend who DJs weddings and he's largely an EDM DJ but with lots of other musical training. It's not an easy job to make everyone happy but he's very good at it.
