There's one right at Church/Gerrard...dunno the name...beside the Tattoo/Piercing place on the northwest corner.

There is a place on not to far on the subway line. Pape about 4 blocks north of Danforth. Up until 5 months ago I would drive by this place at least 4 times a week and they were always open and always had people getting hair cuts. Yes it is a black barber shop.
