Tracks of the Summer

Just wanted to make a thread for us to discuss any big tunes this summer... of course its also a good way for us to share and hear something new... so far the following tunes I have been rinsing out in the car and are shaping my summer 2015...

Chillllll Winston! They're tracks he's digging, doesn't need to be yours, bruh.

It's a sharing thread, not bash each other's current musical preference/mood.

You drop some youtube on us then?

This already is my, and probably will be the track of my Summer.

"Just wanted to make a thread for us to discuss any big tunes this summer."

What you really meant was "please circle jerk to my songs."

Dont take it personally, I dont really care about taking shots at you, just those crummy ass tracks.

Dude, I get it. But a discussion based on OP and your interpretation of it would elicit the following two options:

1) Let people know your thoughts on the track, THEN explain why, and then as a bonus question, give examples of others which you feel did a better job at it, or overcame whatever issues you had with the said track.

2) Post a track you are digging and, optionally, tell us why you're hustling it.

I personally love threads like this, because I get exposed to so much more music than just 'ID needed' tracks on all the sets I listen to. And sure, I admitedly and with full snob and elitism on, cringe at some, if not most of them.

But, what you DON'T want to do, is discourage others from posting something that you may very well never have heard of, or know about, just because they're shy or scared about being called out or insulted. (even if that was not your intention, which I know wasn't yours).

2) Optionally, tell us why you're hustling it.

So you're tossing out requirements even you didnt meet, terrific man. I dont owe anyone here anything. I've posted hundreds of tracks here in my lifetime.

I said optionally. And the best part of music, is sometimes you don't need a reason to like it, but usually you have a reason to hate it or dislike it.

For example, here is another one.

I love it because it's memories of the last day at DEMF at Beatport and it was all of my friends and I just jamming out to it, together, on pure fumes, but we still found the last bits of energy deep down in us to enjoy this with friends. And, I'm a sucker for loopy twisted female vocals, and EP is still the shit IMO, as well is Kolsch.

was going to post a bunch of older tracks I'm listening to for this summer but just read the original post more thoroughly. ill keep it outdoorsy as much of my favourite songs aren't suited for it. eh some may be older

^reminds me so much of robert hood

my tune thus far is prob PAS - arc but thats not for the outdoors, more so the dungeon. but even from last year the pas remix of slam - factory music can not stop being played

Heard this today in the Lane8 Summer 2015 mix... probably relistened to that part about 10 times already. (36mins BTW)
