Tight parking space + camera + printer + handwritten note = Toronto The Good
Despite what you may have heard there are still some people in Toronto who are nice to strangers. Yes, it's true.
Last night, around midnight, it was raining like crazy. I sat in my car and went to start the wipers when I noticed paper folded under the windshield wiper. Now, given how wet the paper was it became a macgyver-esque operation to get the thing unfolded so I could see what it said. It was all stuck together and so in the process I tore some pieces off. To make it more annoying, the inkjet ink was dripping all over the place (and me).
There were two pieces of paper - the first thing I notice is the group shot of 5 people making odd faces. Then a note saying "How are you going to get out?". At this point I'm a little perplexed - wtf are they talking about? I thought it was a prank. I then flipped the picture over and after aligning the pieces that were torn off I finally understood...the car behind me sandwiched me in and the car in front of them had them in close too.
To think they took a pic themselves in front of my car, went to their place a few houses down, printed out the pic, and came back and left a note is awesome. Anyways, I managed to get my car out and the randomness of all this totally made my night. lol
