Buhahahaha!
Yep, the place looks great, music was even better...
Weird night tho, since I got to see a whole bunch of people I wasn't expecting to see, and a whole night started off just weird.
But Deko-ze, Addy, Manzone and Strong were playing some solid stuff there, improvising on 4 turntables. Props!

Had an awesome time! Music was superb - not that you expect much less from some of our best locals. Manzone, Strong, Addy & Deko-ze throwing down some serious beats all through the night. Heard some of those classic Cozo tunes which of course was nice. Actually the music combined with the crowd reminded me a lot of Cozo as a lot of the usuals were there - the token strippers and muscleheads but have to say it was a great vibe and everyone was enjoying themselves. I think they (DJs) have this following now of serious music-loving people that come out to all their gigs. I've always had a great time at any of their events.
Finally got to see the inside of O Nightclub - have always been intrigued walking past it on the way to System. Never wanted to venture in though from the sound of the cheesy music coming from inside so it was good that the opportunity of hearing good music presented itself. The downstairs was still cheesy, old, high-school dance-type R&B/hip-hop and it was rammed all night down there.
The club definitely has great potential. Very nice setup though I agree about the low celings. However the interesting lighting and wall projections give the place a unique atmosphere.

Yeah, yeah.. awesome night, lots of fun. Nice atmosphere, although a bit tight at times..
Guys were pumping great tribal, in the first two quarters mostly underground, then ventured into cheesy commercial vocals layed on top of some beats, which was a bit of a disappointment, but countinued on better. A lot of technical problems, record skipping and bad transitions.. quite noticeable at times, but the energy was great.
Great night overall, nonetheless. Should do this more often.. on weeknights.
