so the no hassle in line fuck you bands for space/surfcomber came out today.

$594 for the gold
$918 for the platinum (open bar)

i'm tempted to sell my masquerade motel tickets for a profit in order to get one (since the f u bands also gets you into MM).

as much as i love Space, there is nothing i hate more than waiting in that infamous line that never moves there.

I don't believe they get you into MM, only says it will get you into all Space & Surfcomber events.

Is there a list of what of all the events this pass gets you into? I can't emagine it would include the SHM party.

LP is close with SHM. Not surprised....still a ripoff. Remember when LP was all gung ho WMC, fail

These bands made WMC such a blast the past couple years. Immediate entry, open bar, pop in and out of parties (Space, Parkwest, Surfcomer) and great lineups. It was a great value for those of us who enjoy a cocktail or 30.

This year the Space lineup just doesnt substantiate all the money they're asking. There's some sick parties going on in other places like the Electric Pickle, both Ice Palaces, and so on and so forth. Space is no longer the main stage for WMC... nor Ultra week

correction... when space had the space pass back in 04 and 05 for far cheaper than this crazy band, THAT was the shit. not denying you couldnt have fun with an all you can drink fuck you band back like in 08 (the last time space had a good lineup) but for how late they announce the fucking thing and for how much money it is (usually by that time more than a few of us have already bought tickets) its just a retarded deal.

the space pass the first year was a total win. the second year it was a disaster. I remember everyone holding their card in the air with no sign that anyone else was getting in. All three of my punches were used the first year but the second year I only used 1 out of the 5, just typical space happenings. I still have the space passes from both years.

The FU bands work even if the firemarshal says no more, they will sneak you in a back door to get you in, whatever it takes. Even if they are catering to a table of 20, they push them aside for you to get in. FU band has priority over everything else.

IMO FU band > Space pass and I have had the Space Pass and FU bands all years they were available. I wont be doing the FU band this year as I will only be at space 1 night between WMC and UMF weeks and it doesnt cover MM

This year I did manage to buy up an all you can drink wristband for MM so I am sure that will cover all my needs

The F-You wristband the first year was total win....past 2 years since its been a substantial rip-off....they lost a few clubs, the lineups BLOW...so not worth it...

can be a good deal, if you get drinks for your friends but i have a difficult time even finding anything interesting at SPACE this year...
