Turn the volume up? Listen closely? I'm inclined to believe that some sort of sound which is offensive to the ears will "jump out" at you.

unless its that video from that british kid show Rainbow, where they sing a song that has a lot of sexual innuendos..

No, there's no suprise sound that will jump out at you, but it is the video from that kid show rainbow (although I don't know why it's a kid show), I just posted it cause I just recently found it.
