i lost my ma to cancer in may after a two year battle with it... so now its just me and da at home. this is the first time in my life i have lost somebody so close to me and it just happens to be my ma...

basically what this thread is about?.the past two months since my ma died ive gone real emotional over what happened.ie listening to music, seen things on tv and just small thing in life get me like this at times. was talking to somebody two weeks ago and they said i was grieving due to my ma's death...just like ask anybody else who lost somebody close them if they were like this??

im not looking for sympathy off anybody just want to know if anybody were like this?

I lost my "too young" grandma from heart failure, in october...I was devastated and couldn't focus much for a long time...She asked me to pick some beautiful blue flowers some days before she died, and to put them in a string on my wall because they were the flowers which would go into thistle state...right now those thistels mean so much too me.

Well I never grieved in front of friends when I lost my grandma...but I dont know how it is to loose a ma...I can imagine it's 10x more devastating.
