What to do and where to go in South Korea?

I will have 2 to 3 weeks starting from October 3-7. Any suggestions (except the DMZ zone)? Will it be warm enough to swim in the sea in early October?

I've been to the airport twice, probably best airport i've been to, doing a 13 hour layover, but no way you get bored in there..pretty much any designer store x 2, free wi fi, lounges to chill out and sleep and its sooo modern.

Outside of the airport, no clue
