well.. i dont know much about them but Technics 1200's are the best and most widely used
Direct Drive tables are also much better than belt driven for quick startups and yadiyada... stay away from Belt Driven even though they are cheaper

ya can't really compare coz of the price differentials..
but i'd say vestax..

I dont even think you can really dj with belt drivin turntables..... but yeah Technics are the best i think ...Vestax are really good too..i see more Hip Hop djs use Vestax..but Technics are always the best i think..... There like 50lbs each...so quality build last a long as time........i just bought some Tech 1200's mk2,Vestax PMC 270a mixer, with Ortofon nighclub needles....for only 1000$ and it only 3 months old everything ... which i could pass up cuz not bad price and mint condition......... but i really want the Rane 2016 Rotary mixer or the Mp44 mixer...mayb when i get some money together =)

aight, thanks people...ill keep one eye open for some technics... now to get the extra $1,000
