i did that before with soem ****** who was selling the NE series on cdrs, but then i got an email back from ebay saying there was insufficient evidence.
also if they take his auction down he gets refunded. if i win hte item for a million quid, he has to give ebay a percentage of the auctions final price. so the more it goes for the more he will owe ebay. anyone want to counter bid one of my bids to jack soem of these prices up.
