usually you shouldnt bend vinyls to try and fix them, try and putting them between your matress and the board or put it in between two pieces of glass on top of the fridge for a while,fixes it right up

email them telling them it came broken, they will probably include a second free vinyl. once i got a broken vinyl from a different shop and they credited my card back, and paid for shipping back, and included another free vinyl, so i got 2 for free =), but mine came broken, if it comes bent too,t here is no reason you shouldnt complain, they should come perfect. its like buying a new car with a dent in it, or with flat tires. hehe =)
