Face the music.
Or hide untainted urine somewhere else on your body?
Maybe you should stop doing drugs?...
heh.

Perhaps consider working for a company that doesn't have fascist policies.
Drug tests really piss me off. What people do on the weekend is up to them. Your employer doesn't have the right to tell you what to do in your free time, regardless of legality.

You're correct, but they do have the right to refuse people a job or terminate a contract based on those weekend habits...

...unless you have a job like mine where you haul around 300 people around the skies during the day in a pressurized tube. I'm sure it would be great for you to hear "oh yeah, your relatives were killed in the plane crash...yeah..uhh...the pilots were still doped up on coke and smack from the weekend...we let them do what they want in their spare time...but by golly...sure glad we don't do drug tests, because that's just not right"....pffft...I know my profession is the extreme (anything to do with transportation)..but it's the norm now.
If you are so worried about drug tests you better find a place that doesn't require them, or become self employed. More and more companies are becoming drug free for simple facts. They are covering their asses from possible law suits stemming from all possible angles, including drugs. They have every right to do this, because they are the employer and can hire who they want and what qualifications they need. After all they ARE paying your salary and benefits...you follow their rules. The last thing in todays work place a company wants is for people to fuck up the lives of their co-workers and customers. Drug tests, 10 year criminal/background checks, are simply the norm these days on top of previous experience and education.
They don't have the right to tell you what to do in your free time...They do have the right to make sure the after effects are not carried over into the workplace.
Good luck

Yeah, did 20+ years in military and not afraid to hold up a gallon of my latest urine for testing at any moment. Just have to learn to adapt; alcohol is OK (but not on duty), drugs are bad anytime. I'm a conformist. Might not have to test at all if you take a low paying menial labor job though, like mowing lawns or trimming shrubs.
Lol!

I can see that you're a teenager. Or in your early twenties and just a bit immature.
Drugs fuck up your mind and your body. They impede your ability to work, socialize, and otherwise function like a normal human being. Period. There is no way to debate these points and come out on top.
That is why companies require drug tests. Especially companies that hire mostly young adults. (Best Buy, grocery stores, etc.)
