Anyone have this problem after installing SP2 and updates?

I just updated SP2 and all the windows critical updates and now I have a ton of problems with my computer. First my divx avi files don't work and is very jerky. Looks like microsoft installed a different codec. Next my daemon tools don't work (scsi device not found WTF?) and a bunch of other weird problems like the volume buttons on my keyboard acting weirdly.

Anyone else have these problems?

I'll second that, sp2 seriously messed up my computer. I had to reinstall windowsxp to fix everything.

If it aint broke don't fix it

dude i had tons of troubles after i installed sp2. not to mention those security pop ups telling me i had no antivirus were horrible - after the fact i always clicked the option to stop monitoring it.

crap from MS. now i just downloaded all the security stuff minus sp2. and run my firewall so i dont think there's many security breaches.
