I think I'm getting a cold. Getting weaker, cold sweats, sneezing, etc..

whats the fastest way of beating this?

I cant take a day off and sleep it off, too many things to do.

HELP Me!!!

drink lots of water, take an aspirin or a cold and sinus advil and go take a nap for like 3 hrs... try to sweat as much as possible out..and then change clothes and do the same thing.


oh, and take lots of vitamin c...

nyquil might help the sleeping/sweating bit instead of aspirin

But seriously, I think one of the best things to help alleviate your symptoms is to use those zinc supplements.

I don't know if there's anyway to beat it but, I've heard that the zinc stuff makes it more bearable.

I got some multi vitamin pills and advil, gonna take those and goto sleep after im done with my work, hopefuly I will be better in the mornin

listen carefully. take ENTREX-PSE 600MG. its prescription. i got that exact same feeling u had, and i was right. two weeks ago, i could even walk around or talk without coughing so much that i got a headache and when i stopped coughing i gasped for breath. this stuff got me functioning within 2-3 days from being utterly miserable. if u start early, it may never be that bad. oh and vitamin C..

EDIT: ive taken half my prescription and i have 8 pills left. u supposed to take 1 tablet two times a day. u could start out on 1 tablet a day if u want my pills. this stuff just boosts your immune system, doesnt fight the virus itself. WARNING: bad if u have an auto-immune disorder..

evrey time i start getting sick I go on a long ass run and then get fucking a hammered.

Last time I got sick was from Oktoberfest and that was the first time I had been sick in years

if u work out everyday at least 30 minutes hard, or do what orbax does, runs, thats excellent. your heavy breathing flushes out your lungs in a way, and helps a lot.
