I had this problem but then I remembered some advice my mom gave me as a child "when no one is around to help you, you have to take maters into your own hands and help yourself." She wasn't talking about sperm count but the advice holds true.

Do like I do:

1.Drink a liter of wodka between Monday and Friday before you
go to bed. Saturday and Sunday dont count - it's the weekend NooB!
2.Choke the chiken after you wake up.
3.Smoke some good herb before and after work.
4.When taking showers dont use soap..use shampoo, the chemicals
will kill the lil' SOB-eeches.
5.Find random drunk girl on weekends to give you head.
6.Repeat for at least 3 months.
