I bought a used cd for a good price from some dude (a power seller, a guy with great feedback...). it's been like, 17 days and the item hasn't shipped and he hasn't answered my emails. you think i got ripped off?

BEFORE posting a negative feedback do the Dispute thing on Ebay and do a dispute on paypal for a refund.

if you paid with visa or any credit card you can file a dispute. just a idea people do it to my company all the time.
