He's still John Mayer.
He could be so talented as to warrant comparisons to Hendrix and I'd still have a hard time getting over "Your body is a Wonderland" and "Why Georgia."
started out with his first album seeming like a self-righteous guitarist-singer-songwriter who played and wrote music for the 14 year old girl demographic he captured the imaginations of
his first cd was a bit catchy, but shallow, and pretty damn shitty
didn't do much from there but last year put out a cd with two other guys, the john mayer trio, and since he's appeared on albums with a bunch of actually respectable people, bb king for instance
