in 2005 I only worked for a month or so in the US so my refund in 2006 wasn't going to be huge but to my surprise it was quite hefty ...

I never got state or city refunded I only got refunded federal

at this stage I can't be arsed to try and figure it out with State and City authorities

We owe the state of Pennsylvania 1 dollar.

The U.S. government owes us 2561 dollars.
