I never thought I would say this, but Geraldo Rivera has a point. Right before the video got "intense," O'Reilly said, "He doesn't have the right to be here!"
I was really, really hoping Geraldo was going to ask him how many of the other drunk drivers didn't have to be there. How many of the drunk drivers should've been convicted and put away for a past crime but got off? Etc.

the main point should be that there shouldn't be ANY drunk drivers regardless of who they are
not exactly, the point is that being an illegal immigrant has nothing to do with drunk driving. Oriellys point was that he is an illegal immigrant therefore he will commit crimes. Geraldo's point is that just because someone is an illegal immigrant doesn't mean they will commit a crime, we should be targeting drunk drivers specifically, not just illegal immigrant who might be drunk drivers. Plus geraldo drew an amazing accurate analogy with the child predators.
