Which ones should i consider?

Does it matter if its fan cooled or not?

My dad just got a crazy 300 dollar one.... it was kinda cool because it was designed by pininferina

I got the My Book® World Edition™ II 1TB...

I use the mirroring feature so I can have a safe copy of all my pics and stuff, so it gives me 500GB in reality.

It cost me 280$.

It's a wet dream of mine to have a terrabyte of space. I thought life was complete when I got 500GB

very much so. WD are quality manufacturers. Is it usb not ethernet though? A quick glance doesn't tell me it's ethernet

lol i added a 2nd 320gb one just over a month ago to my machine for file storage etc, it is pretty cool having 2, just takes longer to find things
