The school should file a counter suit against the parents for poor parenting and allowing their son to leave from the house to school while in violation of the dress code. Also claim that the second child should be taken away as there is high risk that they will fail as parents when dealing with him as well since the precedent is set anyway. make them an example for all the parents who think that a school will do all their parenting work for them.
