It was ridiculously easy for me, because I knew someone.
I started "job shadowing" here between my junior and senior years of high school and just never left. So, honestly, it really depends on the employer. I truly believe that things like degrees are becoming less and less necessary these days, but there are still a lot of people out there with that old-school line of thinking. Like I said, I think I'm the exception and not the rule. I wouldn't RELY on my scenario happening, but it's not completely far-fetched.
