Something disturbing i have noticed at my new workplace...
I am now working at a huge mall for a clothing store called Zara and i couldn't help but notice that EVERY morning the place is FILLED with old people , either sitting down and doing nothing, speed walking with dumbbells or waiting for the clothing stores to open... I just saw an old lady with a walker that had wheels at the bottom and she was at the verge of jogging...

For one, the mall is air conditioned. Old people love that shit in the summer. Two, those senior mall-walks have been going on for years. Do you have any idea how boring/unsatisfying retirement is for a lot of people? Mall-walks are a great way for old folks to socialize and stay active.

You know this of course because you run after the old people with a potty.

It surprises me also, considering they have much less body fat at that age.
edit: Actually no, it makes sense...because they're also much more susceptible to the heat/sun/humidity.
