do you guys have any rituals before you pop a pill. my friends and i usually pop a vitamn c pill. then go get some vicks vapor rub, and some listering mouth pieces for the special occasion because we do it a whole lot less now that it turns into an occasion. share yours.

erm.. taking a vitamin C pill is actually a pretty good idea. Coz ur bodies vitamin C levels go thru the floor. So before u pop it mite be a good idea to take a vitamin like Zentrum and eat an orange
