The formula is thusly:
Half your age, added by 7.

So if you're 26:
26/2 + 7 = 20 is the lowest age you are morally ok to bang.

That being said, if you yourself have the mentality of a 18-19 year old, I don't see a problem with you banging women of that age, as long as the bangs are are performed with the bangee's consent.
