I try to logout yet i still can't register since whne i register, they say i have an existing account. no shit! how do i logout forever and get a new username.

you have to shut cookies off...
click on profile (top right corner) > edit options > turn off cookies.
this way it won't recognize you when you come back, and you can register with a new name.
