Awesome man!
I now somewhat feel like a slug on the other end of this keyboard...
Must get my ass back to the gym...

Shit man, hardcore. Good for you.
I always found running was the best cure for sketchyness.
Cheers,

Running is a natural high. When you run, that energy you get and that feeling of joy afterwards is mint. Running is also supposed to be a cure for depression. It like heightens your brain activity or something and makes your heart rate go up (duh!) but I love it.
I'm on the cross country team at my skewl. Lots of fun stuff!
