Get rid of the suits, replace them with honesty,
Chances slim, like a jackpot lottery,

Revolution, that's what's it gotta be,

They want to take away our freedoms and our liberty,
Cage us up like animals and throw away the key,
Ain't no justice for the powers that be, and we see,
Who exactly is our friend and sworn enemy,

Money makes no sense, when rent's due,
Get a speeding ticket, which prevents you,
Paying your bills on time, online,
Half a day wasted in the courthouse line,
What's getting ahead in the American Dream,
When you fighting to survive in American greed,
Humble in poverty, the arrogant lead,
Ain't no vision but a wish of the innocent freed,
Smoking my weed, trying to calm my nerves,
Sleep is a need, to find a lawn or curb,
Kicked to the ills and the chills of the streets,
While others make mills and steal from the weak,
No need for the luxury, what about basics,
Dollars signs lead the blind and we face it,
I preach patient, passion, persistence,
Maybe, it's time to preach a resistance,
