since im a little slow i need help!!

when someone tells you i have the track in "my locker" and they give you the log in info where the hell do you go to find this locker or in general what do you do?? im confused!!!

go to www.myplay.com and sign in there with the login details provided. then view the locker. select the trackz you want by checkmarking them. hit the download button. right click the link of the song that comes up and click save target as... and boom!
