Assumption: When it returns to earth it must have some sort of citizenship.

Apart from how the baby would magically appear in the ISS, the baby would have to apply for citizenship. But obviously, this is an isolated incident, and I'm sure there will be a few countries that will want to whore around a baby like that, so I guess he/she can pick

Is it just me, or does anyone else find the mental image of a huge mammal (such as an elephant or whale) floating in space, completely helpless, funny beyond belief?? It would just float around inside the spaceship, and be like "wtf??".
