Any chance of posting some of your work?

Even though I have an inner hatred for photographers; this is either due to general snobbery seen all genres in any field where one division dislikes another or because a photographer was smashing my girlfriend for a while.

The most important thing employers are looking for besides talent is:

- Strong work ethic ("I'm the kind of guy that likes being
first in the office in the morning and the last to leave in the afternoon")

- Goal focused ("The hours required and effort needed is not important to me, I am passionate about achieving the desired results and meeting your goals and accomplishing the taks you give me")

- Team player ("I hope to fit in as part of the team and as well as learn of the others hopefully get a chance to add some value in the process").

You'll do just fine, Clovis. I'd like to hope that your work speaks for itself. Just go in with a good attitude, decent attire (atleast your best boxers on) and a presentable portfolio, and the rest should be in their hands, so the pressure is off of you.

Never say 'no'. For example: If asked if you have experience in a certain area and you find yourself answering 'no' stop right there. Instead, sell how the experience that you do have is relative to that area.

Also, prepare a list of questions. It's important for the employer to find the right person for the job but it's also important for the employer that the job is right for you. You can convey that you are serious about the position and that you are looking for a good 'fit' by asking fact-finding questions about the company, employees, benefits, opportunity for promotion, etc. This will not go unnoticed by the interviewer.

Yeah, they advertised in the ad the opportunities for benefits and promotion. Baisically they are looking for new talent to train who will stay with the company.

I mentioned when I sent them my resume that I had browsed their website and explored their specialities and that they looked very interesting.

I wont answer no, I'll try to skirt around it, with other answers.
