ok. anyone familiar with "xangas". well, if your not, they're just blogs.

theres an option to set any midi, mp3, asf, etc kind of music file that is uploaded to the web as music that can play in the background to your site.

i found a link, and decided to use it for my xanga. my friends can hear it. i can hear the music on my friends sites if its there... on the other computer in my house i can hear the music on my site...

but on this computer, the music on my site doesnt load....

any ideas as to whats up?

We're not psychics. Some details about your PC would help (like the browser you're using etc.).

I for one would be happy not to hear any background music but that's just me...

wow... sorry bout that. yea.. that would help.

im using MSN on a new dell 8400 (if the dell bit matters), win xp obviously....

and the other computer that i have that loads it just fine is also using MSN, running XP aswell, and is some off-brand laptop

edit: oh yea, the new comp is running mcaffee virusprotection/firewall, and the windows one, the laptop is just running the windows firewall.
