Got a new cell phone, need some help w/ ringtones

I just got an LG VX4500 and I've downloaded a couple of ringtones. However, I don't know where I can find them on my phone. Also, how where would I go to set them as my ringtones to use? If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

It should be found under your sound profile option somewhere...

If you just ordered them, you have to wait a bit for them to be sent, I'm guessing.
