Ipod/quicktime problem

hey i have a new ipod which seems determined to have quicktime instaled to my pc (which i hate). Is there any way to use an ipod without using quicktime or some quicktime alternative that anyone knows of?

there are many uses of an ipod that dont require quicktime:


  • fashion accessory
  • coaster
  • paper weight
  • crush pills to powder form
