Holiday Shopping

Well now that December is upon us, it's time to start seriously considering the whats, whens, and hows of our holiday shopping plans. So I'm curious: how do the denizens of the CORe prefer to conduct their business in the holiday season?

Personally, I tend to go for the all-out Christmas Eve holiday shopping blitzkrieg assault. Nothing gets me into the holiday spirit like playing jingle bells with my car's delightfully obnoxious horn, bowling over a group of slow-moving fatties to grab the last copy of the gift I had in mind out of somebody else's shopping cart, mercilessly berating everyone in front of me in line at checkout, and then plowing through every man, woman, and child in my way in order to get back home in record time.

I know that some people are big on getting things done really early, and some people put it off to the last minute. Some people are big on ordering online, and other people prefer to get the gift in their hands right away rather than taking their chances with shipping. How about you?

Down here there's a shopping centre that's open from 9am on the 23rd to about 5pm on the 24th. Nothing like doing all your Christmas shopping at 3am Christmas Eve in between rounds of beers from the all-night cafes.

i don't do any Christmas shopping at malls anymore. i think this year i'm going to do most of it online. luckily i don't have to buy gifts for many people, but i'm just clueless on where to even start with some people (my family is really hard to shop for because they're sooo picky).

Online + School Store FTW!

I've been so done with X-Mas shopping for like a week now... this is the earliest I've ever done it... But I'll agree, family X-Mas shopping is hell, b/c 90% of the time I'm clueless as to what to get them...
