alright best way to roll is to tuck ur head in between ur knees and get into a ball position then kick off with ur back feet and stay in that ball position ull be rolling in no time =)

Or if you want to get really adventurous, just do a bridge by bending all the way back till your head meets the back of your heels curving your back as much as possible. Use your hands to grab hold of your ankle and then push forward with your feet.

Yeah im gonna try this rolling thing, maybye down the nearest cliff. U never know it might give me better answers than ive got here.
