DIRECT CONNECT problems! HELP!!!

I seem to be having a problem with DC: I CAN'T LOG IN TO THE TA HUB! My Login ia "ali92" and my password worked properly but, I STILL keep getting an error message that says "Your password is incorrect". The problem is that it IS correct!
