i'm an emotional type of person but have never cried or have gotten the feeling to cry while listening to trance. Although i will say that some tunes have sparked some very strong emotions of happiness/joy/euphoria within me, but never prompted me to cry...
how is it that people cry while listening to trance??? has a trance tune ever sparked such strong emotions within you that you started to cry? what is this feeling like???

Hell yeah!!.... I'm not scared to admit it. I've cried quite a few times to trance. I think it has to do with the occassion.....or under what circumstances u're listening to it. I cried most after the death of my father...4 yrs ago....and during this breakup with my ex. Just brought out alot of emotions I had buried deep down below. I also cry out of happiness.... I've gotten really comfortable with my emotions....not like before. I love trance....so it's allllll good.

Never really cried over a tune, though Trance is so energetic and emotional... silence (tiesto/ airscaoe mix) for example always brings up so many memories in my mind, sarah mecklagen*- fear (hybrid mix) is also very emotional for me.
I assume there is a never ending list of emotional tunes as each has it's own tune to bring up old memories with...
*however you spell that
Though sadness is not the only espect of trance, many times I walk with my MiniDisc down the street, listening to some of my FAV tunes and just as I reach the uplifting part of it I get this massive energy flow followed by goosebumps, hehe
Or how about that feeling when you get onto some high point in a club where you can see all the crowed from above, then you hear this wicked tune coming in and the crowd is going wild... man, that's a real rush!

the one tune that makes me feel really emotional is Beachball by Nalin & Kane. That track sounds soo nice turned up loud and i can't quite describe why but it's just so damn awesome

but besides that, no I don't cry when I listen to trance. That's ridiculous.
Just because you cry doesn't mean you're sad about something. It just shows how emotional someone is. And it's not ridiculous. I've cried over songs before and it's just how it makes me feel. I've done it just as I go BERSERK to some tracks as well. Depends on the song, the mood I'm in etc.
