cereal always does the trick for me...but it has to be the right one...i'm sucker for fruity pebbles, captian crunch, or frosted flakes

ok, this is my computer drink, i make it like every day:

1.5 cups of milk
1.5 cups of orange juice
1-2 bananas (preference)
2-3 hunks of yugurt (preference)

put it all in a blender and mix it for a couple secs, not to long because its better when its thick. sooooooo good, and it fills me up too
